2.Product Description

The machine adopts a three-color roving feeding system, enabling consistent and efficient production of fancy yarns. Equipped with both ring spindle and fluted tube winding options, it provides flexibility in yarn take-up methods while ensuring smooth yarn formation and high consistency. The drafting system features 6  rollers with a gantry-type frame set at a 90-degree vertical position, stabilizing fiber drafting for uniform yarn thickness. Two core yarn guide slots on the metal front rollers undergo special treatment, offering significant advantages for high-count single-core or dual-core fancy yarns. The PLC-based control system and touchscreen panel allow operators to easily adjust process parameters, store recipes, and switch production quickly.
