The Kingkangda High-Speed Roller Raising Machine features advanced servo-driven rollers that enable precise speed and tension control, delivering uniform and high-quality fiber raising. The machine’s front and back rollers operate at a speed ratio up to 12:1, creating optimal friction for raising without damaging fibers, resulting in fabrics with enhanced softness and fullness.
Equipped with automatic yarn break and full cone detection, the machine minimizes downtime by stopping production promptly when issues arise, reducing material waste and protecting equipment.
